Challenge

Brown County Fair has been a popular family staple in Brown County for over 100 years. 2020 was the year for a refresh on their website! Brown County Fair’s old website was out-dated, and could not easily be viewed on all devices. It lacked energy, it struggled to engage its visitors, and it failed to tell the story about Brown County Fair. Furthermore, it did not present important information easily. The fair organizers wanted a new site that could be viewed on any device, and made it easy for people to find exactly what they’re looking for quickly and with ease.

Solution

Webfitters designed a beautiful WordPress website that showcased the memories and energy that can be experienced each year at the fair. It truly tells a story of fun, education, family and entertainment. The site features a responsive design that allows the site to be viewed and used easily and seamlessly regardless of the device being used. The site features a day-to-day schedule that can be filtered by event categories such as live music, family events, competitive events and more. Finally, we added clear calls-to-action for ticket sales as well as a prominent sponsor ticker to highlight the wonderful sponsors that help make the fair happen each year.
